Tabaknatie is very aware of our environmental impact
At Tabaknatie, economic, environmental, and social considerations are an integral part of the way we do business. We believe that sustainable growth is only possible when we maintain an open dialogue with our customers, employees, partners, and the communities in which we operate.
Our commitment goes beyond compliance with legal requirements. As part of our corporate social responsibility, we voluntarily undertake initiatives that contribute to a sustainable and future-oriented way of doing business. In doing so, we are guided by the Triple P model: People, Planet, and Profit.
We recognise the value of our environment and natural resources, both today and for future generations. That is why we continuously invest in sustainable operational solutions, ranging from reduced energy consumption and energy-efficient warehouses to innovative approaches in transportation and port operations.
In practical terms, our initiatives include the greening of our truck fleet in line with Euro 6 standards, the introduction of electric port equipment, the provision of concession space for wind energy projects, the development of temperature-stable warehouse facilities with low energy requirements, and a strong focus on biodiversity, including the creation of a corridor for the natterjack toad.
In this way, we continue to build efficient logistics solutions with respect for people, the environment, and future generations.
Our dedication to
professional standards

ISO 9001:2015 - Certificate
We took an important step by having our services certified according to the ISO 9001 standard.
In response to our customers’ expectations and driven by our own ambition for continuous improvement, we evolved towards an increasingly customer-focused approach to quality management. As a result, we successively obtained the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications. Annual audits and periodic recertifications ensure that our processes are continuously monitored, evaluated, and further refined.
We set high standards, not only for ourselves but also for our suppliers. We expect the same commitment to quality, reliability, and service from them. In our partnerships, we actively collaborate and work together to identify the best possible solutions. In doing so, we build long-term relationships that contribute to Tabaknatie’s strong reputation.
